Wilsden Community Post Office was opened in January 2017. After decades of the village having the valuable asset of a Post Office, unfortunately the previous Postmaster left his post meaning the services that many ‘Wilsdeners’ relied upon were taken away. With support from Wilsden Parish Council, donations from people in the village who became ‘members’ and a National Lottery Grant, the Post Office was able to open as a Community Interest Company, led by three volunteer directors. It continues its success with thanks to a team of volunteers who run the shop and the unwavering support of the local community.

Banking – cash withdrawals, deposits and cheque deposits
Bureau – Euros and Dollars on demand and a pre-ordering service for other currencies. Multi-currency Travel Money Cards also available
